Pamela DiCarlantonio

Pamela S. DiCarlantonio is a Partner in the Chicago Partner Practice Group, representing law firm partners considering a change and helping them determine which firms provide the best platform and strategic fit based on the factors that are most important to them. She is a professional career advisor who believes in developing long-term relationships with attorneys at every level, including those who look to her for assistance in navigating challenges in their current environment.

Pam spends time getting to know her candidates and drills down on exactly what they need to establish and maintain a vibrant practice. She then leverages her deep market knowledge and client relationships to facilitate a successful match and ensure that every candidate's valuable time is spent wisely.

A former litigator, Pam began her legal career with Bickel & Brewer, a commercial litigation boutique in Dallas, followed by four years as a litigation associate in Jenner & Block's Chicago office and nearly five years with the firm formerly known as Sugar, Friedberg & Felsenthal, also in Chicago. As an attorney, Pam gained significant trial experience in a wide range of complex commercial, bankruptcy and intellectual property litigation matters in state and federal court. One of her most rewarding experiences was obtaining an acquittal on behalf of a client accused of first degree murder after a week-long jury trial.
