Paula Bradley

Paula Bradley is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in executive search and research management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Research and Knowledge Management at Major, Lindsey & Africa since April 2022, Paula leads the research function to provide valuable insights into market trends and talent for various practices. Prior to this role, Paula held positions at O'Neill Consulting, including Research Director, where mentoring and empowering research associates was a key focus, along with engaging qualified candidates for client needs. Additional experience includes roles at Acertitude, Fortune Personnel Consultants, Swarovski, J. Baker, and Nine West Group, covering various aspects of recruitment and product development. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
