Joy Concepcion

Joy Concepcion is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources analytics and information systems. Since August 2019, Joy has held various positions at Makati Medical Center, advancing from HR Officer to HR Manager in Analytics. Prior to this, Joy worked at Rustan Supercenters Inc. from June 2004 to August 2019, where Joy progressed through roles such as Senior HRIS Specialist and OD Coordinator, focusing on system administration, data integrity, and organizational development. Joy holds a degree in Computer Studies and Programming from STI College, completed in 2003.
