Sara Beth Stockton-Rowland

Sara Beth Stockton-Rowland has extensive work experience in healthcare talent acquisition and recruiting. Sara Beth is currently serving as the Manager of Healthcare Talent Acquisition at TimelyCare since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Magnolia Regional Health Center for over a decade starting from September 2010. During their tenure, they held the roles of Physician Recruiter and Retention/Government Relations Liaison, as well as Government and Provider Relations Liaison. Before joining Magnolia Regional Health Center, Sara Beth worked at Entergy as a Human Resources Representative/Recruiter from January 2009 to August 2010. Their responsibilities included sourcing for internal and external openings, developing recruiting plans, serving as a partner to hiring managers, conducting candidate screening, and handling special projects. Sara Beth also has experience working at TempStaff as a Marketing/Recruiter/Staffing Supervisor from October 2006 to October 2008.

Sara Beth Stockton-Rowland completed their high school education at Corinth High School from 1995 to 1999, earning a High School Diploma. Sara Beth then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Mississippi State University, graduating in the years 1999 to 2003. Years later, from 2015 to 2017, Sara Beth pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
