Ritushree Ramakrishnan

Ritushree Ramakrishnan is currently working as a Human Capital Strategist and Regional Manager at Make A Difference. They are responsible for overseeing the implementation of Human Capital interventions across multiple cities. In previous roles, they have worked as a Human Capital Fellow and City Manager, where they led recruitment processes and managed volunteer data digitally. Ritushree also has experience as an intern at Genomiki Solutions, INMAS (DRDO), and BioLim Centre for Science & Technology in various scientific roles. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Bioinformatics at Amity University.
