Lynette Frison

Community Manager at Fable

Lynette Frison has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Their most recent role was as a Community Manager at Fable, an accessibility testing platform. In this role, they worked with digital teams to make products more accessible for people with disabilities. Prior to this, they served as a Community moderator and trainer and an Accessibility tester at Fable.

Before joining Fable, Lynette worked as a Transcriptionist from February 2015 to May 2018. Lynette also has experience as a Customer Service Representative at Service Ontario from September 2007 to December 2009.

In 2005, Lynette had two roles: they were a Beta tester at Soneil Vision Enabling Systems, where they tested and provided feedback on the design of a braille display prototype, and a Call Center Representative at Stream global services.

Furthermore, Lynette worked as a Disability auditor at Marine Atlantic from September 2003 to June 2004, where they taught staff how to interact with customers with disabilities and conducted accessibility audits.

Their earlier work experience includes being a Dog Groomer at Wag away kennel (May 2001 to March 2003) and an Accessible tech demonstrator at the Government of Nova Scotia in January 2000. Overall, Lynette has a strong background in accessibility, customer service, and project coordination.

Lynette Frison attended Nova Scotia Community College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Network and Systems Management. In February 2023, Lynette also obtained a certification in Management Training from Raw Signal Group.
