President and CFO at Beeline

Peter Gonzalez is the current President and CFO at Beeline. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnering at Real Matters from January 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of corporate development activities, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, coordinating due diligence and maintaining contacts within the organization in order to contribute to the strategic corporate objectives.

Before Real Matters, Peter was the Co-Founder & Managing Director at Inertia Advisors from January 2014 to December 2017. Inertia Advisors is an independent investment banking firm that provides strategic and financial advice to leading technology companies, globally. Some of the key services that they provide include strategic consulting, capital raising, buy-side M&A, capital structure optimization, recapitalizations, and sell-side M&A.

Throughout their career, Peter has been involved in numerous transactions, some of which include: Descartes - ShipRush (May 2017), WisdomTree - Kredible Technologies (April 2017), CreditInfo - VisualDNA (August 2016), RealMatters - Linear Title & Closing (April 2016), Nimble Money - Partners for Growth (March 2016), Bankrate - Wallaby Financial (December 2014), and Linear Title & Closing - Performance Title (December 2014).

Peter Gonzalez has a Bachelor’s Degree in Double Major: Finance / International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Peter Gonzalez also has a High School in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Deerfield Academy. Peter Gonzalez is certified from Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) in Residential Mortgage Lender and CFA Institute in Chartered Financial Analyst. Peter Gonzalez is also certified from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 7 & 63.
