They have worked for companies such as 360 Production, BBC, and Culture Tech Festival, and have held positions such as Festival Director / CEO, Digital Champion, and Project Manager. They have also been freelancers and owners of their own businesses. The team is educated, with degrees from universities such as The Manchester Metropolitan University, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and University of Cape Town.
