Cristin Chinn

Cristin Chinn is a senior executive with extensive experience in human capital management and professional development. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Human Capital at Makena Capital Management, LLC since 2021, Cristin brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles at McKinsey & Company, where tenure spanned from 2004 to 2021, culminating in positions such as Associate Director of Professional Development, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Associate Principal.
