Madeleine Garone has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at [wherever] magazine in 2013. Madeleine then worked as an English Language Assistant at Lycée Les Fontenelles through the Teaching Assistant Program in France from 2012 to 2013. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a French Tutor at St. Lawrence University. Additionally, they served as an Intern and Volunteer at Les Restaurants du Coeur in 2011, where they organized food donations, managed the food pantry, distributed food to program participants, and provided translation services.

In 2014, Madeleine Garone joined Dempsey & Carroll as a Sales & Marketing Assistant and later became a Sales Account Manager. At Dempsey & Carroll, they researched and pursued sales leads for luxury retailers and e-commerce platforms, successfully securing a national presence for Paul Smith in the United States.
