Rachael Queiroz

Rachael Queiroz is an experienced professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the Director of People + Culture at Makeready since August 2025. Prior roles include Director of People & Culture and People & Culture Manager at Aparium Hotel Group, and People & Culture Manager at Sage Hospitality Group. Rachael previously held various positions at Makeready, beginning as a Sales + Marketing Coordinator and progressing to People + Culture Manager. Prior experience also includes roles at Courtyard by Marriott Oceanside Fort Lauderdale Beach and Renaissance Hotels in sales and event coordination, as well as an Assistant Store Manager position at maurices. Rachael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and International Business from the State University of New York at Oswego and has further education in International Business from IPAG Business School and Sustainable Tourism & Conservation from the American Universities International Program in Australia.
