Aisha Arif has held various roles throughout their work experience. Aisha started in 2015 as a Psychology Research Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, where they assisted with multiple projects focusing on human interaction, prejudice, and interracial interactions. Aisha then worked as the Marketing Manager/Lead Teacher at Earthfire Arts Studio from December 2015 to October 2019. Aisha joined Hunter & Bard in September 2017 as a Content Marketing Manager, a role they held until February 2020. Currently, Aisha is the Community Marketing Lead at MakersPlace, starting in May 2020. In this position, they are responsible for developing content, building relationships with journalists and influencers, growing and engaging online communities, and representing the voice of artists and collectors.

Aisha Arif obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, completing their education from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained the certification of "#NFTNYC2022 Speaker" from NFT.NYC in 2022.
