Eunice Horton

Sales Operations Specialist at Makita

Eunice Horton has extensive work experience in various roles at Makita U.S.A., Inc. and Makita USA. Eunice started their career at Makita USA in 2006 as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Sr. VP of Sales. Later, they served as a Help Desk Administrator and Assistant to the V.P. of IT. During their time at Makita U.S.A, Inc., they worked as a Sales Operations Specialist where they played a key role in developing core functionality and structure for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 2016. Eunice also utilized the CRM system to retain customer contacts and researched and implemented additional functionality to enhance sales force efficiency and product knowledge.

Eunice Horton earned a Bachelor's Degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from UCLA, which they completed between 2002 and 2005. Eunice furthered their education by obtaining a Certificate in Bible/Biblical Studies from Cottonwood Leadership College from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Eunice also obtained a certification in CRM Boot Camp for Dynamics 365 from PowerObjects, An HCL Technologies Company, in June 2018.
