John Consolazio has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John began their career at Warner Lambert in 1975, where they served as a Sr. Operations Supervisor for 25 years. During their time there, they managed and coordinated operational activities, provided training and development opportunities to colleagues, and ensured a safe work environment. Following this, John worked at Johnson & Johnson/Pfizer Inc. from 2000 to 2008, where they held the position of Sr. Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw daily warehouse operations and focused on improving processes and policies. John managed a team of support staff, supervisors, and hourly colleagues. Subsequently, John joined USA Wireless Solutions as a Process Control Manager from 2008 to 2009. Here, they were responsible for managing internal quality functions, coordinating quality tracking and monitoring, and overseeing 14 inspectors. John then moved on to Alexian Brothers Health System as the Manager of Distribution Services from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they joined Makita USA in 2012 as a Sr. Distribution Center Manager, where they currently work.

John Consolazio attended DePaul University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management.
