Chuo Sheng Leong

Chuo Sheng Leong is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Acting Head of Network Planning at Malaysia Aviation Group since June 2023, overseeing a revenue-generating network of RM10-12 billion and contributing to the development of long-term network and fleet strategies. Previously held roles include Manager of Joint-Airline Business and Partnership Strategy at Malaysia Aviation Group, where Chuo contributed to a 10% partnership revenue share for 2023, and Senior Manager of Aviation Development at the Malaysian Aviation Commission, managing airport regulations and developing aviation service charge frameworks. Chuo's career also includes significant positions at MAVCOM and the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines, as well as early roles at Korean Air and Massey University. Chuo holds a Master's degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Aviation Management from Massey University.
