Ryan Rouse

Ryan Rouse is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As President of MALK Organics since June 2024, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge from being a Growth Advisor since February 2017. Previously, Ryan served as Chief Executive Officer at HighKey until its acquisition in February 2024, alongside roles as Chief Marketing & Ecommerce Officer and Board Member. Ryan was also an Operating Partner at Tasseo Consumer Ecosystem and held the position of Head of Growth at Serenity Kids. As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Factor_, Ryan contributed to the company's acquisition by Hello Fresh. Prior professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Merrill Lynch for eight years. Ryan holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa, obtained in 2001.
