Aneta M. is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Assistant HR Plant Manager at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since June 2022, Aneta actively participates in HR strategy execution, employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives. Previously, Aneta held the position of Human Resources Site Leader at Tecomet, Inc., managing HR functions for two manufacturing sites, as well as serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Healthcare Linen Services Group, where a team of HR Generalists was led to enhance recruiting processes. Aneta also worked as HR Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare, overseeing a team and facilitating strategic organizational change across multiple clinics. Aneta holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Mercy University and two degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Zielona Góra.
