Rob Marlow

Rob Marlow has had a diverse range of work experiences. Rob started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Fircroft, where they worked for five years, initially as a Recruitment Consultant and then as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Rob then took a sabbatical and worked on a home extension project. After that, they joined Adam Recruitment as a Consultant for contract and freelance positions. Rob later worked at Envisage Recruitment Limited as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in engineering and design roles. Rob then joined Cummins Inc. as a Recruiter, focusing on clean engine technology. Prior to their current roles, Rob worked as an Online English Language Tutor, assisting global professionals with job interview preparation. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering Recruitment at both Mason James Appointments and Malone Group, where they deliver recruitment solutions in various industry sectors.

Rob Marlow attended the University of Glasgow from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in French. Rob also spent a year, from 1995 to 1996, studying at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal as part of a French Exchange program. During their exchange year, they focused on studying subjects such as Sciences Politiques, Sciences Economiques, and Littérature française.
