Jillian Davis

Jillian Davis, Ph.D., is an experienced HR professional and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Malone University since October 2023, where responsibilities include teaching HR competencies. Since August 2022, Jillian has held dual roles as Staff DEI Lead/Associate Director of HR and HR Business Partner at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on staff diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Course Designer and Adjunct Instructor at Ashland University and Vice President of Human Capital and Inclusion at Omaha Performing Arts Society, where strategic HR recommendations and diversity strategies were developed. Jillian has held various HR leadership positions, including at Midlands Carrier Transicold and Council Bluffs Community School District, providing comprehensive HR support and management across multiple organizations. Academically, Jillian holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and a Master’s in Human Resource Management, complemented by a BS in Animal Sciences from Purdue University.
