Malone's Staffing Specialists are responsible for interfacing with Malone customers to determine staffing needs. Staffing specialists recruit and screen applicants to determine skill and proper fit for our clients. This is both a fun and challenging position, allowing employees to determine the best way to execute on tasks and to manage the customer relationship how they best see fit. The Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruit candidates to fill open positions
  • Communicate with clients daily regarding their needs
  • Prepare and maintain reports
  • Place candidates on temporary assignment
  • Keep employee database up to date
  • Manage employees
  • Perform various administrative duties

 The Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is required
  • Experience in recruitment, human resources or staffing is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
  • Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
