The Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruit candidates to fill open positions
  • Communicate with clients daily regarding their needs
  • Prepare and maintain reports
  • Place candidates on temporary assignment
  • Keep employee database up to date
  • Manage employees
  • Perform various administrative duties

 The Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a preferred, but not required.
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Experience working in the staffing industry or in a HR role is preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
  • Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
