Kristen Schweizer

Kristen Schweizer is the Director of Operations at Malone Workforce Solutions, a position they have held since February 2020. In this role, Kristen is responsible for overseeing IT-related business needs, encompassing multiple systems supporting business processes, sales, order fulfillment, payroll, HR, and communications. Prior to their current role, Kristen served as the Recruitment Operations Manager at Malone Workforce Solutions from January 2018 to February 2020. In this role, Kristen was responsible for managing applicant tracking, payroll, and CRM system conversion. Kristen also offered subject matter expertise across management and employees for issue resolution.

Before joining Malone Workforce Solutions, Kristen served as the Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager at Family Allergy & Asthma from March 2017 to January 2018. In this role, Kristen was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent. Kristen also managed the branch’s recruitment process and conducted performance reviews.

Kristen Schweizer has a Masters of Science in Conflict Management from Sullivan University. Kristen also has a BSB from the University of Louisville in Marketing, Economics, Sales, Public Relations, and Advertising. In addition, Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Murray State University and a Diploma from Assumption High School. Kristen is also certified as a Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association and as an OSHA 10-Hour from OSHA.
