Virginie Derouand is currently the Head of Real Estate & Workplace Services at Malt, where responsibilities include defining real estate strategy, project management, financial planning, and team development. Prior to this role, Virginie served as Regional Facility Manager for CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, managing operations for Google in various regions including France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UAE. Virginie holds a Master 2 in HSQE from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
