Mathis Biermann

Mathis Biermann currently serves as the Programme Manager for South Sudan at Malteser International, overseeing the strategic direction and execution of humanitarian and development initiatives while managing donor relations and team leadership. Prior experience includes the role of Programme Manager in Cameroon, where responsibilities encompassed managing WASH projects and fundraising, as well as serving as Project Manager for a significant WASH project in Uganda. Mathis Biermann has a background in human resources and consulting, having worked for Reply and Deutsche Post und DHL, and holds a B.Sc. in International Business from WU and an M.Sc. in Business and Economics from TU Dortmund University, with additional exchange studies at institutions such as the University of Johannesburg and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
