Leonie Siepman

Leonie Siepman is a seasoned professional currently serving as Global Manager Talent and D&I and Global Manager Culture and Change at Mammoet since June 2022, where efforts focus on enhancing company culture and leadership through various initiatives. Leonie is the founder of T-WIST, dedicated to promoting safety in contact sports by selling mouthguards in the Netherlands. Past experiences include roles as a blogger at Antroduced, project manager at AkzoNobel, and professional at EIFFEL, among others. With a strong educational background, Leonie holds an MSc in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Leiden University.
