Graham Larue

Graham Larue is a Bioinformatics Scientist I at Mammoth Biosciences since November 2022, specializing in comparative genomics and bioinformatic techniques to study the early evolution of gene structure and splicing. Previously, Graham served as a Graduate Student and PhD candidate at UC Merced from August 2016 to November 2022, earning a Doctor of Philosophy in Quantitative and Systems Biology. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Associate at UC Berkeley focusing on retinal research, a Research Assistant at Santa Cruz Biotechnology involved in ELISA screening and DNA microarray analysis, and various positions in the service industry, including bartending at The Crow's Nest Restaurant and Thalassa Billiards. Graham holds a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
