Shannon Schreiber, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Red Frog Events. Shannon then moved on to become the Vice President of Alumnae Relations at Sigma Kappa Sorority in 2012. In 2013, Shannon joined Elon University as a Campus Visit Assistant and later became a Student Ambassador.

In 2014, they joined The Advisory Board Company as an Associate in Training and Development, eventually progressing to Senior Associate and then Manager in the same field. Shannon then took on the role of Manager, Learning and Development. In 2017, Shannon became an Associate Director of Staff Effectiveness, Consulting at the same company.

In 2018, they joined Optum as the Manager of Workforce Operations for Optum Advisory Services. Shannon then transitioned to become the Operations Director at POLITICO in 2019. Shannon'snext role was the People Operations Partner Lead at Meta, where they worked until 2023. Currently, Shannon is serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Harry's, Inc.

Shannon Schreiber, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Shannon completed their undergraduate studies at the university from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Shannon obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) in March 2023.
