Paolo Paoluzzo

Paolo Paoluzzo is an experienced Equipment Designer and Developer at Mammut Sports Group AG since June 2023. Previously, Paolo served as a Designer at QWSTION from January 2016 to June 2023. Paolo's early career included a role as Assistant HES in the Industrial Design Department at ECAL - Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne, where responsibilities encompassed student supervision, project oversight in industrial design and scenography, and 3D printer management from September 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, Paolo worked as a Maquettiste at Karl Bähler from 2007 to 2014, specializing in architectural modeling, 3D printing, CNC cutting, and plan processing. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from ECAL (2010-2013), a preparatory year in Industrial Design at ECAL (2009-2010), and a Maturité Gymnasiale in Visual Arts from Gymnase français de Bienne (2005-2008).
