Richard Berliand

Richard Berliand was appointed to the Board as a non-executive director in January 2016 and became Senior Independent Director in May 2017.

He has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector with a career built at JP Morgan including roles as Global Head of Prime Services, Global Head of Cash Equities and Chairman of JP Morgan’s Market Structure practice.

Richard is currently Chair of TP ICAP Group plc. He was previously Deputy Chair of Deutsche Börse AG.
