Damian Solecki has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries and roles. Damian started their career as a Kitchen Manager at Jensen's Bøfhus A/S, where they successfully managed operations and implemented efficient processes. Damian then transitioned to becoming a Business Owner at Rengøringshuset, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills. Damian later returned to Jensen's Bøfhus A/S as an Operations Coordinator, where they contributed to reducing operating costs and improving internal quality score through process improvement initiatives.

Damian Solecki holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in organization and strategy from Aalborg University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Damian also completed an Academy Profession Degree in Leadership & Management at Copenhagen Business Academy in 2016, where they focused on lean management, process optimization, and change management. Additionally, Damian has studied Chinese Language and Culture at Beijing Normal University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc. in Management Accounting from Aalborg University from 2012 to 2013 and a BSc. in Business Administration and Economics from the same university from 2008 to 2012. Earlier in their academic journey, Damian attended Commercial College in Svendborg, where they completed their high school education in International Commerce in 2006. In 2005, they also briefly attended Southwest Tennessee Community College as part of their high school education.
