Jens Chemnitz

Jens Chemnitz has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Jens is currently working at MAN Energy Solutions as the VP, Head of ES: Engineering Architecture and Services. In this role, they are responsible for leading a global group function delivering consulting, project management, solutions, and services to all engineering functions. Jens is also bridging IT and business to improve the efficiency and quality of engineering processes. Prior to this, Jens worked at FLSmidth as an Enterprise Architect, where they played a key role in developing the global PLM platform. Jens also worked at MAN Diesel & Turbo SE as a Manager and Project Manager, overseeing PLM projects and enhancing the existing PLM environment. Jens has a technical background, having worked as a Technical Manager at RAND Worldwide Denmark and Teamworks A/S. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in engineering architecture, project management, PLM, and technical management.

Jens Chemnitz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Engineering College of Copenhagen between 1993 and 1997.
