Adrienne Penna is an accomplished professional in product development with extensive experience in the personal care and skincare industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Development at Naturopathica since March 2019, Adrienne has demonstrated expertise in advancing product innovation. Prior to this role, Adrienne held various positions at Mana Products, including Director of Ingredient Trends and Technology, Director of Product Development for Skin & Hair Care, and Product Development Manager for Skin Care, beginning in January 2009. Adrienne's background also includes a marketing role at Real Simple from August 2004 to December 2008, as well as a previous position as VP of Skin Care Product Development at Naturopathica and Rossidermmd.com from March 2019 to February 2022.
