Sunny Ranolia's work experience includes roles at various companies in different industries. In October 2014, Sunny joined Mitsubishi Power as a Corporate Venture, where they led operations for business pitch evaluation, secured over $12 million in investment, and created 20 new business opportunities. They also served as a Boiler and Vessel Quality Assurance Engineer, where they presented a market entry strategy for a "Net-zero emission Smart City" and initiated remote inspections using smart glasses. Additionally, they worked as a Health and Safety Manager, overseeing safety and health risk management, organizing recreational activities, and conducting road safety education. At Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Sunny worked as an Engineer Intern. They also gained experience as an Operations Intern at Feecounter. In 2022, Sunny joined Manabie as a GTM Strategy, and in 2023, they worked as an MBA Intern at Clear Ventures.

Sunny Ranolia pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. This educational journey lasted from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Sunny completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 2010 to 2014. In addition to these formal education qualifications, Sunny also obtained several certifications. These include "Foundations of Raising Capital" from LinkedIn, acquired in February 2022, "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google Analytics, earned in October 2022, and "Inbound" from HubSpot Academy, also obtained in October 2022.
