Doug Spinella

Doug Spinella currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Manada since September 2024. Previously, Spinella held several key positions at Lantronix from October 2019 to August 2024, including Director of Business Development, Global, where oversight included a direct team and channel growth with 18 global distributors and over 700 value-added resellers. Prior to that, Spinella was Head of Sales at ZOTT, achieving a major partnership with a leading healthcare system. Spinella’s earlier experience includes a tenure at Microsemi Corporation from October 2009 to October 2018, progressing through roles such as Senior Director of Sales, Americas, and Director of Business Development, Global, with a focus on expanding market share and revenue. Spinella earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Adventist University.
