Heidi Bailles has over 15 years of experience in software development. Heidi began their career in 2006 as a Senior .NET Developer at Patterson Companies. Heidi then moved on to Thomson Reuters as a Senior .NET Developer/Consultant in 2011, and then to ProAg as a Scrum Master/Senior .NET Developer in the same year. In 2012, they returned to Patterson Companies as a Senior .NET Developer, where they developed, maintained, and supported various e-Commerce as well as a variety of other web related solutions using C#, .Net 3.4-4. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Developer at both Insite Software and TIES. In 2017, they were a Senior Software Engineer Contractor at Bremer Bank for Horizontal Integration. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Contractor at 3M for TEKsystems. Heidi is currently a Senior Software Developer at ManageAmerica | Online Property Management Systems.

Heidi Bailles attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS/Business Administration.
