Patricia Kennelly, PMP has been working in the project management field since 2010. In 2010, they were the Office Manager at Connected Technologies, where they managed accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as optimized payroll and customer service systems. That same year, they also began attending Goddard College as a full-time student. In 2013, they joined ManageAmerica Integrated Billing Services as a Senior Project Administrator. In this role, they were appointed client liaison for five high-profile clients, and was later promoted to Senior Manager, Project Management. In this role, they managed Agile development sprints, controlled end-to-end project delivery, and ensured System and Organization Controls (SOC) compliance across departments. Patricia also oversaw and prioritized the backlog, and strategically planned for upcoming sprints. Patricia was also responsible for leading the business team in the company's successful efforts to attain SOC 1 and SOC 1 Type 2 compliance by creating, managing, and maintaining relevant processes.

Patricia Kennelly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Goddard College, an Associate of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University, and an IT Project Management Graduate Certificate from Colorado State University. In November 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
