Thom Richards

Thom Richards has a diverse work experience in the real estate and technology industries. Thom started their career as a Real Estate Agent at Laing + Simmons Randwick/Coogee in 2008, where they managed their own sales campaigns and coordinated marketing efforts. In 2011, they founded RichardsElliot, a successful real estate brand that grew into one of Surry Hill's leading boutique offices. After selling the company, they co-founded Managed App in 2017, where they served as Co-Founder & Product Design. Thom designed the first fully-automated payment system for the property management industry and played a crucial role in all aspects of the business, from product development to sales and marketing. In 2023, they became the Managing Director of Cohabit, a co-living and strata application that aims to modernize the strata management industry and enhance connectivity. Thom also joined Managed App as a Non-Executive Director in the same year. Prior to their current roles, Thom was involved in Product Strategy at Parallel Group since 2016.

Thom Richards attended Cranbrook School from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a Higher School Certificate in Economics, Law, and Business.
