Taggart Davis

Taggart Davis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Taggart began their career in 2005 as an English Tutor, teaching at various organizations including DMR Consulting, KPMG, France Telecom, and Glaxo-Smithkline Pharmaceuticals. In 2007, they interned at the Office of London MEP Syed Kamall, where they provided personal assistance, scheduling, and research support. Taggart also worked as an English Tutor at Making Waves, providing business English tuition and managing customer relationships. In 2008, they served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Essex Summer School in Social Science and Data Analysis, assisting students with regression concepts and training them to use the Stata software package. That same year, they joined the European Parliament as a Policy Assistant, working on EU financial regulation, negotiations, and drafting regulatory policy. At J.P. Morgan, Taggart held multiple roles from 2011 to 2022, including Associate, Vice President, and Executive Director of Government Relations, representing the company in Brussels and engaging with EU policymakers on financial regulatory matters. From 2017 to 2022, they were involved with the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU), serving as Vice Chairman of the Brexit Task Force, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, and Chair of the Transatlantic Task Force. In 2022, they joined the Managed Funds Association as the Managing Director and Head of EU Government Affairs.

Taggart Davis attended various educational institutions throughout their lifetime. Taggart began their education at George C. Baker Elementary School, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Taggart then moved on to Westfield Friends School, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Following this, they attended Friends Select School for the academic year 1995-1996. Subsequently, they attended Moorestown High School from 1996 to 1999. Davis pursued higher education at the University of Montana, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, studying from 2000 to 2005. Taggart later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Global and Comparative Politics at the University of Essex, studying from 2007 to 2008.
