John DuVall (JED) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John began their career with ESI International, where they served as the Vice President of Instructor Relations for over a decade. In this role, they managed a large team of contract instructors and oversaw the delivery of numerous classroom courses globally.

Additionally, they coordinated efforts between clients and functional staff, prepared proposals, and maintained the company's CRM system.

John DuVall (JED) has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Marketing from Marymount University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. John also holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, completed between 1998 and 2000. In addition, they acquired a Private Pilot Certificate with a High-Performance Rating in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from the Florida Institute of Technology, from 1982 to 1984.
