Nora Schmitz

Nora Schmitz has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and support sectors. Currently serving as Product Quality Assurance at Management Science Associates since August 2004, Nora has also worked as an IT consultant for the American Cancer Society from 1997 to 1999. Prior roles include Manager of Customer Support Operations at Sterling Software between 1991 and 1998, and a Software Engineer/Researcher at Alcatel and Bell Labs Antwerp from 1988 to 1989. Nora holds a Master's degree in Linguistics with a focus on Computational Linguistics from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Antwerp.
