Terrance Wakefield has a strong work experience with a career spanning over several years. Terrance started their career in 1996 as a Scheduler/Financial Analyst at IBM, where they were responsible for coordinating maintenance and upgrading of mainframes, storage devices, and network systems. At MC Dean, Inc, from 2003 to 2004, they worked as a Project Accountant, managing project costs and providing financial analysis.
From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Consultant at Exponent Failure Analysis Associates, where they collected cost data, performed analysis, and validated legal claims. In 2008, they joined McDonough Bolyard Peck, Inc. as a Lead Consultant/Project Accountant, responsible for cost management of a large-scale construction project.
Since 2011, Wakefield has been involved in project control and management roles. Terrance worked as a Project Controls/Project Analyst at VSE Corporation, implementing process controls and supporting project managers. At Booz Allen Hamilton, from 2014 to 2020, they served as a Portfolio Management Consultant and a Project Management/Master Scheduler Consultant, working on various programs and projects.
In 2019, Wakefield joined Management Solutions, LLC as a Project Control Specialist/Manager, responsible for managing project controls. Terrance then moved to ASRC Federal in 2020, working as a Schedule Analyst. Terrance is currently employed at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Schedule/Risk Analyst since 2023.
Throughout their career, Wakefield has gained expertise in project control, scheduling, risk analysis, and financial analysis.
Terrance Wakefield attended Lincoln University from 1992 to 1996. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In addition to their degree, Terrance has obtained two additional certifications. In 2013, they received a Project Management Professional certification from PMI, and in 2010, they obtained a Certified Cost Consultant certification from AACEI.
