Kishore Subramanian

Kishore Subramanian has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Kishore started their career as a Payroll Executive at Fidelity Business Services in 2007 before moving on to work as an HR Generalist at RAMCO CEMENTS LTD/THE from 2012 to 2014. Kishore then joined Manali Petrochemical Ltd, where they served as an Assistant Manager HR from 2014 to 2016 and as a Deputy Manager HR from 2016 to 2017. Kishore then took on the role of an Individual BU HR Business Partner at Murugappa Group from 2017 to 2018. Kishore later worked as a Manager HR Organizational Development at Alkraft Thermotechnologies from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, Kishore worked as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at Tamilnadu Petroproducts Ltd from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Manali Petrochemicals Ltd.

Kishore Subramanian completed their Masters in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Madras School of Social Work in 2012. Kishore also holds a High School Certificate (HSC) in Commerce from Jaigopal Garodia, which was earned in 2006.
