Lisa Roettger

Lisa Roettger has over two decades of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, employee development, and HR program implementation. Lisa has held leadership roles in various companies, including Manasquan Bank, where they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to that, they worked at International Flavors & Fragrances as the Director of Regional Human Resources Business Partner, North America, where they managed a team and led HR programs for 1600 employees. Earlier in their career, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at PRA International, where they set HR strategies, implemented compensation and benefit programs, and collaborated with global counterparts.

Lisa Roettger attended Stevens Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
