Blair Kim

Blair Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and legal practice management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Growth at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP since January 2022, Blair previously held various leadership positions at Goodwin from August 2013 to January 2022, including Senior Practice Manager and Practice Manager within the Private Equity Business Unit. Blair began a career at Rich May, P.C. as Director of Marketing and Assistant Legal Administrator from June 2010 to August 2013. Academically, Blair Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston College and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University.
