Sarah Sullivan Codner

Sarah Sullivan Codner is an accomplished health policy professional with extensive experience in various roles at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP since June 2015, where responsibilities have advanced from Senior Analyst/Consultant to Director. Prior to this, Sarah contributed as a Research Assistant at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, focusing on health reform and the Affordable Care Act. Previous roles include Program Manager for health projects in Nigeria with the Earth Institute and research on mental health impacts at Columbia University Medical Center. Sarah holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from NYU Wagner and a Bachelor of Arts in International and Global Studies and Journalism from Brandeis University.
