Scott Lashway

Scott Lashway is a partner and co-chair of the Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., based in Boston since May 2024. With a robust background in law and technology, Scott specializes in cybersecurity, data privacy, technology-focused litigation, and proactive counseling. Prior to this role, Scott was a partner and co-lead for data privacy and security at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and held significant positions at Holland & Knight LLP and MassMutual, where responsibilities included counseling on complex disputes and regulatory matters. Scott began legal career as an attorney at prestigious firms such as Skadden Arps and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Scott earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College.
