Nitha Panicker

Nitha Panicker has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Nitha started their career at HSBC - Electronic Data Processing Pvt. Ltd. Inc in 2003, where they worked as a Quality Lead for three years. Nitha then moved on to Intercon International, a talent search firm, where they worked as an Executive Search Consultant from 2008 to 2010. Following this, Nitha joined Kelly Services as a Manager, focusing on recruitment strategy and execution. Currently, Nitha is employed at Mancer Consulting Services, where they have held several positions, including AVP, Vice President, and Senior Vice President, starting from 2016.

Nitha Panicker started their education at Holy Angels Convent (ISC) Delhi Board, where they completed their H.S.C degree in an unspecified year. Nitha then attended Maharashtra Jobs from 1997 to 2003, obtaining a B.Com, M.C.M, and PGDBA in Computers and Management. Finally, they pursued their post-graduation in Computer Management at Indira Institute of Business Management from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master's degree.
