Malcolm Press

Malcolm Press is the Vice Chancellor at Manchester Metropolitan University. Malcolm has previously worked for the British Council, UCAS, Institute for Apprenticeships, Manchester International Festival (MIF), and The Manchester Metropolitan University. Malcolm has also been a Trustee for WWF-UK, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and National Trust. Lastly, they were the Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Research and Knowledge Transfer at the University of Birmingham.

Malcolm Press completed a diploma in Spanish and Latin American Studies at The University of Sheffield. Malcolm then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Ecology from The University of Manchester. Finally, they completed a Bachelor of Science - BS in Environmental Science from the University of London.
