Jake Luckhurst has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Jake began their career in 2016 as a Team Leader at multiple locations of a Whitbread chain restaurant, where they developed skills in managing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. In 2021, Jake moved on to work at Vitality as a Member Care representative, where they analyzed and assessed claims while providing compassionate service to clients. Later in 2021, they joined Manchester United as a Sales and Service Executive, where they assisted with supporter queries, distributed tickets, and represented the largest sports club in the world.
