Neil McIlhargey

Neil McIlhargey began their work experience in 2004 at Watford Football Club, where they served as the Head of Performance Analysis and Performance Analyst until 2010. Neil then moved on to Brentford Football Club, where they held the position of Head of Performance Analysis from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they worked for Rangers Football Club as the Head of Analysis from 2015 to 2018. Neil then served as a Consultant Analyst from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed by Manchester United as a Recruitment Analyst, a position they started in November 2019.

Neil McIlhargey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Brighton, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Neil later pursued a Master's Degree in Performance Analysis at Cardiff Metropolitan University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2014.
